Objective: Watch your words
Meditate on this: "With the tongue we praise our Lord and Father, and with it we curse men, who have been made in God's likeness. Out of the same mouth come praise and cursing. My brothers, this should not be. Can both fresh water and salt water flow from the same spring?" James 3:9-13
"But I tell you that anyone who is angry with his brother will be subject judgment. Again, anyone who says to his brother, "You idiot!" is answerable to the courts. But anyone who says "You fool!" will be in danger in of the fire of hell." Matthew 5:22
Agent Christ Follower: Today at school you are going to hear twice as many negative comments than you will positive ones. You will hear students cursing, you will hear them gossiping, you will hear crude jokes. You will even here students calling your peers idiots, gay, stupid, ect. Looking at the verses above, you can see God hates when people speak death. That is why you, Agent Christ follower, are going to speak life to all that you encourter today! Refuse to participate in any conversation that flows from a bad spring and encourage peopel today. When you hear someone speak down to another peer, it is your job to walk up to that person and speak LIFE into them.
